Crypto, markets & distribution
How products reach customers, how behaviour changes and where technology meets incentives and trust.
Blog
A place for ideas that sit around the edges of my day job: crypto distribution, product and growth, markets, technology, and the occasional question that has nothing to do with any of them.
Most of my professional writing has historically been created for a company, a launch or a specific business objective. I wanted somewhere to think in public without every idea needing to become a presentation, campaign or internal document. Some of these pieces come directly from problems I have worked on; others are simply subjects I keep returning to and want to understand more clearly.
I do not expect every view here to remain unchanged. Part of the point is to write down how I see something today, expose the assumptions underneath it and leave enough room to change my mind when better information appears.
Great technology does not remove the need to earn attention, trust and repeated customer behaviour. In crypto, distribution is often the harder product problem.
Prediction markets make uncertainty, incentives and feedback unusually visible. That makes them useful to think about even when you are building something completely different.
Why I wanted somewhere that could accumulate as my own body of work rather than disappearing into the companies, platforms and feeds I happen to use.
How products reach customers, how behaviour changes and where technology meets incentives and trust.
What happens between an idea, a customer proposition and the operating system required to scale it.
Technology, philosophy, creativity, time and whatever else I am thinking about enough to write down.
